Prestressed steel wire rope reinforcement technology is a new type of bridge reinforcement technology,through the steel wire rope to apply a certain degree of prestress,can give full play to the characteristics of steel wire rope tensile strength,eliminate the strain lag of reinforcement materials,to achieve the purpose of active reinforcement.At present,the application of this technology is less in China,and it needs to be widely studied.In this paper,finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the loading failure process of prestressed steel wire rope shear strengthened box girder,and the influence of different factors on the reinforcement effect is analyzed.The specific research content and relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the loading experiment of box girder and prestressed steel wire rope strengthened girder,and the numerical simulation results were compared with the experimental results.The results show that: The finite element simulation method is effective,and the material model,interaction and boundary conditions are accurate,which can be used to simulate the shear strength of prestressed steel wire rope reinforced concrete box girder.(2)By simulating the loading failure process of the prestressed steel wire rope reinforced box girder and the unreinforced contrast girder,and comparing the results of maximum shear bearing capacity,stirrup stress,steel wire rope stress and deflection,the effects of the prestress of steel wire rope,the distance between steel wire rope and the arrangement Angle of steel wire rope on the loading effect are analyzed.The results show that the greater the prestress of the wire rope,the greater the shear capacity of the strengthened box girder and the better the ductility of the members.When the steel wire rope spacing is increased to 30 mm,the box girder stiffness is obviously increased and the shear capacity is effectively improved.When the steel wire rope is roughly arranged perpendicular to the inclined crack,the strengthened box girder has the maximum shear capacity and the best reinforcement effect.(3)By comparing and analyzing the results of numerical simulation verify the structure of wire rope after reinforcement and stirrup has similar function,and combined with domestic standards,puts forward the prestressed steel wire rope reinforcement calculation formula of shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete box girder,by an example analysis and comparison of results is good,can be used as reference for engineering applications.
