Highway bridge is the national important infrastructure,bears the burden of social and economic development.But due to long-term exposure to bridge structure,and transport vehicle has increased dramatically in recent years,especially the increasing of the overload vehicles,produces various diseases cause the bridge structure,which will inevitably lead to structural function,reliability,seriously affect the normal use of the bridge,even many bridge collapse the fuselage tragedy.Due to the Bridges are expensive,if the danger completely reconstructed,requires a lot of money,at the same time the construction of the new bridge need also for a long time;If you can step by step in a planned way to adapt to the modern traffic bridge repair and reinforcement,make its carrying capacity to use standard,both to extend the lifespan of the bridge,and also can reduce the investment amount,let bridge capacity meet the requirements at the same time,avoids the centralized investment,bring huge economic and social benefits for the country.Based on polymer mortar of prestressed steel wire reinforcement system,and the application of Midas FEA simulation based on the finite element analysis software,the main research content is as follows:(1)This paper introduces the theoretical calculation and analysis required for calculation assumption,and the bearing capacity of the prestressed steel wire reinforced polymer mortar system,stiffness,deflection calculation formula;(2)With the polymer mortar of prestressed cable reinforced rectangular trabecular test results were analyzed,verified the Midas FEA finite element analysis software in the application of prestressed steel wire reinforced polymer mortar system feasibility.(3)The application of Midas FEA finite element analysis software to establish the different parameters of prestressed steel wire reinforced polymer mortar finite element model,based on the study of 16 mt beam,respectively,the concrete strength grade,the thickness of the polymer mortar,steel wire rope arrangement,tension control stress of the four parameters on the bending capacity and ductility of the reinforced effect of Bridges.(4)Combined with edge bridge static load test before and after reinforcement,by comparing the deflection and strain of the theoretical value and measured value,the analysis of strengthening effect,proves that the polymer mortar prestressing steel wire rope has obvious reinforcement effect,at the same time to verify the accuracy and rationality of the finite element program to calculate.
