Project is one of the m ost i mportant problem s in the project w ould be completed within a predeterm ined time project m anagement pursuit of ti me, cost, quality, cost of the three major goals of various operating occurs within a project, quality depends on each working procedure, time limit relies on schedule control on the assurance of ti me, these goals can all be through progress m anagement to master, so, progress m anagement is the prim ary project m anagement contents, is soul of item.The schedule of the project m anagement is to adopt scientific m ethod to determine schedule objectives, 4 schedule a nd resource supply plan, the progress of control, in coordination with quality, cost , goa l, on the basis of realizing period goals. Progress m anagement are the core of progress control, the im plementation schedule control are based on clear goals and preparing the project schedule, the basic condition of 4 schedule is to clear pr oject scope, namely the clarity of project structure decomposition.
