It was a necessary and important part of process for installation construction in each power station dome construction. It was a multi-jobs, multi-process and continuous system engineering which was three-dimensional in space while dynamic developmental over time. A lot of unsafe factors were determined by characteristics of installation construction. If not adapting effectively prevent, it can lead to accidents, endanger personal safety, damage production equipment, and result in huge loss for enterprise and society. Aiming at the lack of comprehensive risk assessment model and target to installation construction in power station dome at present, the particularity of construction process was considered simultaneously, and the paper key research had analyzed target system and evaluation method of comprehensive risk assessment in power station dome.In the second part, the Analytic Hierarchy Process was combined with system safety analysis method to analyze the primary factors affecting safety production, furthermore, the processes were classified into 4 categories and 29 indexes altogether. According to principles of target system establishment of risk assessment, the comprehensive risk assessment target system of installation construction in power station dome was established. Then, combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was determined as the comprehensive risk assessment model. Combined with practical work, the safety grade wad determined and improve measures were proposed.Aim at the realistic problem of the occupational health under the influence with the overtop working environment temperature, in order to put forward the importance and necessity of risk assessment, Chinese nuclear power station safety status was analyzed in the paper. The domestic and foreign risk assessments were summarized. The research significance, thinking and main contents were proposed. Then, based on the Accidental Incidence Theory, the risk identification was proceeded for installation construction in nuclear power station dome. As a new exploration, the comprehensive risk assessment for installation in nuclear power station dome had laid a foundation for further research about risk assessment for installation construction in power station dome and comprehensive evaluation method. By taking a thermal environment in a dome of nuclear power station, based on the thesis of Computational Fluid Dynamics, the 3D numerical simulation was done for temperature in dome of nuclear power station with p-1 radiation model, and the measured data was conducted to validate the CFD model. The effect of solar radiation, inlet velocity and ambient temperature on internal thermal environment of dome was analyzed. Some of measures were proposed to solve the high temperature problem. The results obtained provide the basis for the research of improving the internal thermal environment of dome in nuclear power station.At last, the paper concluded the main results and innovation points, and prospected the correlative research work.As a brand new exploration, the comprehensive risk assessment for installation and construction in dome of nuclear power station lays the theory foundation for studying on the comprehensive risk assessment and risk analysis.
