| At present , some heating system design supply and return water temperature is less than traditional 95~70℃in our Country. The design supply and return water temperature of many Countries is lower. The design supply and return water temperature of heating system has gradually declining trend. This topic mainly discuss the problem of radiator heating system with lower design supply and return water temperature,thus offering theoretical basis for practical application of the radiator heating system with lower temperature.This topic overview the radiator heating system with lower supply and return water temperature , and then make clear its applicable scope and conditions. The influence of the energy consumption on analysis of different design supply and return water temperature of heating system on the operational equipment,supply network heat loss and heat users. Through calculation,we demonstrates the reduce of heating system HTM temperature make for heat exchanger's heating transfer,the reduce of pipeline heat loss and supply and return water temperature difference of heating system influence equipment and pipe diameter. Through CFD simulation to a typical radiator heating room,we got temperature and velocity field of heat transfer from room to outside. After further calculation,we got heat loss of different HTM temperature from room to outside,and if the internal heating radiator medium temperature reduced,heat loss will be smaller.Through discussing energy saving of lower temperature radiator heating system with heat pump and condensing gas water heater these high efficiency heat source,we got that water supply temperature is lower,the higher the heat pump units COP is,and the return water temperature is lower,the higher thermal efficiency of condensing water heater is. Then we analysed the two kinds of heat source form of radiator heating system application. At last,we analysed economical efficiency of several different forms of low temperature radiator heating system,and it is concluded that in the same conditions,the mix water way are more energy-efficient and economic and we determined the energy saving efficiency and economic efficiency of low temperature heat heating system with heat pump and condensing gas water heater.Through this topic,we got favorable and unfavorable factors of lower temperature radiator heating system , thus offering theoretical basis for technology transfer and practical application of the radiator heating system with lower temperature. |
