Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the heating industry,people have higher and higher requirements for heating indoor thermal environment.The heat users of the heating system are relatively complex.The indoor temperature changes are affected by various factors.The heat storage characteristics of the envelope structure make the indoor temperature decay and lag with the outdoor temperature changes.However,it is timeconsuming and labor-intensive to study the law of indoor temperature changes of thermal users through experiments.Therefore,this paper builds a dynamic simulation system for radiator users based on the general simulation software Cyber Sim.Through simulation research,the trend of indoor temperature changes when the outdoor temperature,water supply temperature and flow rate change is obtained,which provides a basis for the operation adjustment of the heating system.First,the thermal dynamic process of the indoor heating and cooling water supply pipeline,radiator,indoor air and enclosure structure of the radiator heating system are analyzed.Based on the principle of conservation of energy,the heating and cooling water supply and return pipeline,radiator,and indoor are established respectively Thermal dynamic equation of air and envelope.Convert the mathematical model into programmable difference equations,use Fortran language to program and import into Cyber Sim simulation platform,create a general simulation module for each component of the radiator heating system,and verify the module with the radiator thermal performance test bench.Secondly,taking the radiator heating system of a laboratory building as a simulation prototype,using the established general simulation module on the Cyber Sim simulation platform to configure and build the laboratory heating indoor hydraulic conditions simulation system and thermal conditions simulation system.Taking a laboratory in the experimental building and the indoor radiator as the research object,the influence of the water supply temperature and flow rate on the heat dissipation of the radiator and the indoor temperature of the heated room in the low-temperature hot water heating system are analyzed.Finally,through simulation,the influence of the delay characteristics of the outer envelope of the experimental building on the average room temperature of each room was analyzed,and the outdoor temperature change process of two adjacent days was used as the disturbance,without changing the water supply temperature.The water supply flow rate is adjusted in different periods for simulation,and the change law of indoor temperature with outdoor temperature is predicted,and the change process of indoor temperature is analyzed.
