In the northern heating areas,radiator heating system has been widely used in the early construction.In recent years,due to the expansion of low temperature hot water floor radiant heating system application,it is becoming more common there are two kinds of terminal heating system at the same heat transfer station.In the same heat source conditions,the two systems have different operating parameters,resulting in contradictions of using heat.The low temperature hot water floor radiant heating system runs at relatively high temperature,causing excess heat consumption.In this paper,starting from the contradiction with using heat,first of all,this paper expounds the research status of energy saving of central heating supply and water mixing system research at home and abroad.And puts forward several feasible energy-saving operation modes for the hybrid system.The advantages and disadvantages of various operation modes are analyzed,and the reasonableness of the mixing pump system used in this study is illustrated.The principle of the experiment is expounded,and the experimental model is determined by the selection of each equipment..Through simulating the operation of heating in winter,the indoor temperature changes were contrasted from water admixing pump on and off.It is concluded that after water admixing pump is enabled,in the case of ensure the indoor design temperature requirements,also to the purpose of energy saving.The deviation between the set value and the actual value of the temperature compensation curve is analyzed to provide guidance for engineering application.The hybrid system in a heat transfer station in Baishan City,Jilin Province is designed by using a water admixing system.It is found that the outdoor temperature and heating mixture show the same change law,and the outdoor water system has higher energy efficiency when the outdoor temperature is too high.By comparing the energy consumption of the radiant floor heating system before and after the mixed water design and comparing the energy consumption per unit area between the radiant floor heating system and the radiator heating system after mixing water system,it is concluded that after introducing the mixed water system,The running energy consumption has been effectively reduced.
