A new concept, which depends on analyzing indoor thermal comfort percentage to study energy-saving potential from analyzing indoor thermal environment, is proposed according to the characteristic of solar energy and biomass anaerobic ferment, against low energy utilization, severious energy waste and not aboral energy grade in its transition and deteriorative environment due to the use of fossil energy sources in civil building energy using.Maximum building energy-saving is studed in the condition of satisfying heat users' thermal comfort percentage, then a heating system heated by energy generated from solar Energy and bioenergy is designed, which takes the temperature as thermal comfort percentage index.First, the national building heating standard that the lowest temperature of the indoor can not be below 289K, is amended in this study according to the indoor temperature characteristic of traditional radiator heating and activity regularity of hot users, and a new thermal comfort standard that it is regarded that thermal comfort percentage is achieved, if the average temperature of space under 2m reaches 289K, is proposed. The new thermal comfort standard is a quantitative refinement of the existing building heating standard in whole.Secondly, a 3-dimension numerical heat transfer model is established depending on an abstract physical model of a traditional radiator heating room, and numerical simulation of thermal environment is carried on. The way of radiator arranged on internal wall not only can achieve thermal comfort percentage, but also and can save 7.63W/m~2 compared with the way of radiator arranged on the external wall. That it is necessary to take some heat preservation measures is proposed against radiator common arrangement way. The best position of radiator arrangement which is at Z = 0.6m, X=2.5m in a special room is fixed, and energy saving, economical and environmental efficieccy is analyzed depending on indoor thermal comfort percentage new standard, and temperature of heat media can be reduced from 363/343K to 353.4/343K.Meanwhile, experimental study of thermal environment is carried on in a traditional radiator heating room in Lanzhou, and the relation between indoor environment and its influence factors is analyzed. It is concluded that lower the outdoor temperature is, more uniform the indoor temperature distribution is, and temperature near the internal wall is 2K higher than that near the external wall.Finally, a new radiator heating system using solar energy combined with bioenergy was designed depending on heat load calculated from new indoor thermal comfort standard. The results indicates, the new system has high energy utilization efficiency and exergy utilization efficiency,.The new radiator heating system using solar energy combined with bioenergy not only realizes the combination of solar heat utilization, biomass efficient anaerobic ferment and radiator heating effectively, but also overcomes the shortage of solar heat utilization technology which is easily influenced by the sunlight, season and climate, so as to realize heating at low cost and efficiently. Therefore, the results of this study is very significant to instruct the popularizing and application of the new radiatorheating system using solar energy combined with bioenergy.In conclusion, not only the best position of radiator indoor arrangement was confirmed, so the disadvantages of large energy consumption and low energy utilization efficiency were overcome in certain sense, but also the study was carried on from the origin of the heating system, that the fossil fuel was substituted with methane produced under the solar energy heat as the crude material of heat medium. On one hand, cutting energy use in building was achieved, on the other hand, it responded to the national slogan "save and protect the primary energy sources, and develop and utilize the regenerative energy." So there are great benefits for both society and economy in the research.
