For these problems, this paper proposed a riparian landscape's "redesign"——witch is full of regional characteristics. In this riparian landscape's theory, green as the keynote and the culture as a soul of the riparian landscape's, to protect water, for the purpose of recreation for residents. In this paper, through a in-depth study for the riparian landscape's at home and abroad, refined the published literature on green belt along the river landscape design theory and methods, through the understanding of the relevant literature, analysis, analysis, proposed a landscaping along the Bailang river on the center section with a further improvement and protection measures, and how to perfect combination with local characteristics in order to maintain a balanced ecological environment, to create a riparian landscape with more harmony, innovation and sustainable development. With this redesign, and ultimately, it makes the Bailang river a complex financial landscape with the function of tourism, leisure, entertainment, dining, living and life experience.
