This article when carried on the optimization of operating organization of the urban convention public transportation, mainly has considered the main requirements for travelers, it's from the number of bus stops and the departure frequency optimized convention public transportation. This is the conventional public transport can improve the attractiveness and competitiveness. While leading more residents to choose their way as the main travel, it's can alleviate urban traffic congestion. It's through the optimization achieved to the objective of improving the efficiency of the urban traffic system.This article has carried on the induction and the summary to the outstanding case and the related research of the domestic and foreign conventional bus, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and the operation of urban rail transport organization. This is provides the powerful technical support and the theory basis for the following research. One-way transit time, turnover time, the number of passenger capacity and operational vehicles and so on can have the influence to the travelers'choice. These are the main parameters optimization of bus operation organization mode indicators. After the analysis processing the data of the present situation of public transport survey, you can get the main index is used to optimize. Based on characteristics of spatial distribution of travel, it's established optimization model of the number of bus stop sites. The Target is the total cost of the passengers and the public transportation company at least. Based on characteristics of temporal distribution of travel, it's established optimization model of the bus service frequency. The Target is the total time cost of passengers and the total revenue of transit enterprises difference between the maximum. In the process of model, the introduction of weights assigned values using comprehensive integrated weighting method. These two models are solved using genetic algorithm. In the case of setting the parameter values and meeting the constraint conditions, there is the only feasible solution for the objective function. This feasible solution can meet the best interests of both supply and demand. And that is a good objective to achieve its optimization.
