BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) is a large capacity, fast speed public transportation, as a bridge connecting conventional public traffic and rail transport, the impact increasing in city public traffic system day by day. At present, the development of BRT in China is still in the early stage, and needs more investment than conventional public traffic, however, it is difficult to predict the impacts to the society, economic and environment. The deciders, investors and users concern the benefits, the cost, risks and the negative influences of BRT. Based on the particularity and the characteristics of matching with fast urban development, it is necessary to make the study of BRT service level evaluation.This article is not a unilaterally evaluation which always be one-sidedness. We establish the evaluation model by improving grey correlation analysis method and evaluating the BRT service level comprehensively on the basis of establishing valuation system and quantitative analysis of the multiple subjects demands analysis and system development, and contrasting the inferiority of common evaluation method. Meanwhile, We do applied research of BRT operation situation and verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed evaluation method on the selection of Guangzhou 2010 newly opened the BRT test line. Finally, formulate a scientific and effective evaluation method on the basis of evaluating the data generation going into the model of computation and avoid the sensory evaluation of judgment speculative, become a scientific and effective evaluation method, so as to explore urban bus service level internal rules, and found out the public transport industry, key problems for city planning and operation management BRT systems decision-making service. |
