The risk is a kind of uncertainty of future earnings and loss, and every project has its own risks. Bridge Engineering Projects usually have the features of big investment and complicated structure design, long period and large scale, complicated environment, much construction procedure and affected by many factors. All of these make the bridge projects exist many serious risk factors. Once a crash, the Bridge Engineering Project will cause great direct and indirect economic losses to the whole society. Therefore, strengthening the research of Bridge Engineering Project Risk Management, not only can make the bridge engineering plan, build and operate under safer environment, also can promote the healthy development of the social economy. It has its own important significance.Engineering Projects Risk Management is a whole management process, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk management and risk monitoring, also it is a dynamic, systemic and periodic risk management process. Among them, risk identification, risk assessment, and risk management have many commonly used methods. The correct and reasonable selection from them is an important precondition to ensure Engineering Projects Risk Management's realizing successfully. In practical application, how to choose these methods depends on the actual environment of the Engineering Projects.In the condition of sufficient research of the process of Engineering Projects Risk Management, and the method of Risk identification, Risk assessment and Risk dealing, a theory system of Bridge Engineering Project Risk Management is put forward based on the method of fuzzy mathematics integrated assessment. In addition, the rationality of the system has been examined by the application of an engineering example. It is believed that the established system may do a favor for the development of our Bridge Engineering Projects Risk Management career.In the last part, a summary of the text is given. And some advices of the development direction of Engineering Projects Management have been put forward.
