Brief Analysis On The Exploration Of Low-carban Ideal Implementation In Urban Conprehensive Planning

In order to deal with climate change, low carbon concept received positive worldwide response. Due to the different national condition, development stage and system, the focal point of our country to carry out low carbon development is in city. But the features of our country's urban planning determine the important significance of the research and practice of probing low carbon urban planning theory. Therefore, how to promote the combination of low carbon concept and our country's urban planning. Especially for the over all urban planning, as the authority in our country's urban planning plait system, how to carry out low carbon concept is very important.By the arrangement of relative theoretical studies and practice from domestic and overseas, we find the main reason for current barrier of the practice of low carbon urban planning lies in the"low carbon"perplexity of theoretical studies and the"low carbon"chaos. Hence, directing to this problem, in relative objective and rational attitudes, this paper puts forward a set of"rational practice view on low carbon urban planning"concerning such systematic practice views as the location, value-orientation, target system and methods. Then starting from the practice property of urban planning and from the discipline property of urban planning research, this paper establishes the"mechanism model of the effect of low carbon concept to urban planning"and the"research framework of urban planning", reveals the effective mechanism of low carbon concept to urban planning, and makes clearly the practice way of low carbon concept in overall urban planning according to the plaiting content and features of overall urban planning.This research pointed out the exertion of qualitative research on the administration of future low-carbon city development for a certain period of time under the current precondition of deficiency in current qualitative research. After the qualitative research, this paper proposed a comprehensive strategy on the master plan of low-carbon city practice from four spectrums, namely, industrial system, spatial system, transportation system, and green space carbon sink system, based on the research scope confined in the overall planning of small and medium cities in China with the assistance of theories in the field of practical low-carbon city planning. Finally, this paper objectively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages in the effect of practical low-carbon urban planning after the analysis on project sample of"General planning of Wuxiang County", proposing the specific solution against the deficiencies through practical improving modes on the overall practical low-carbon urban planning.To sum up, this paper proposed a summarization on the basis of attempts on the general low-carbon urban planning, which is a collection including the establishment and exploration on the practical view of low-carbon urban planning. With the reference of relevant theories, improvements on the strategies of low-carbon urban planning are provided in this research paper as well as the analytic deficiencies and expectations on further exploration.
