Research On Factors Of Evaluation Of Urban Residential Environment Of Post-Wenchuan Earthquake Reconstruction

According to urban residents'needs of residential environment after earthquake, mainly through qualitative research methods combined with related theoretical research, to explore the special needs for earthquake reconstruction, and in accordance with the Mars Los hierarchy of needs theory to build Hierarchy of Needs model of urban residential environment reconstruction. Also analyzed the space difference and the time difference of residential needs. Based on the Hierarchy of Needs model and research results and with reference to the theory of the collective views of experts, initially built the factors set of evaluation of reconstruction of urban residential environment, and calculate weights by AHP. Then, according to the differences of residents' needs to analyze the necessity of consideration of differences of types of urban in factors of evaluation, and by the way of questionnaire residents of Dujiangyan, Wenchuan and Beichuan in five cities and towns to conduct research, then comparing factor set hierarchy and factors set of evaluation hierarchy, lastly analyze the weight of the towns and cities and relationship between attributes of towns, according to the urban property to divide cities and towns, and establish residential environment evaluation factor set of urban reconstruction, and make a description of it.
