Building energy conservation has great potentialities for the construction of conservation-oriented and environmental friendly society and implement low-carbon economic development model and low-carbon city.5.12 earthquake have brought extremely serious disasters, a lot of buildings were destroyed, and after the earthquake lots of settlements have been preliminary built. Through testing and evaluating the situation of energy consumption of these buildings and summing up the experience to promote the people in disaster areas can create a better indoor environment with limited fund and reduce energy consumption for buildings in their entire life cycle. That can meet the requirements of the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction and improve people's wellbeing, and implement the scientific outlook on development.This paper based on the analysis of domestic and international building energy conservation testing development and combination the relevant norms and standards to propose a detailed test scheme for on-the-spot testing of the winter indoor and outdoor air temperature, the inside surface temperature of heat channel of exterior building envelops,the heat transmission coefficient of main part envelops,the room gas tightness and the summer insulation performance of exterior building envelops and exterior wall shade devices of Wenchuan reconstructed typical residential buildings. Through analyzing and calculating these data, thermal performance parameters of building envelope and indoor thermal environment parameters and building heat consumption indicator are obtained. On this basis, adopts the method of index to compare and analyses the construction parameters of the energy-saving design standards and documents, established a digital model to analyze the building energy consumption and made energy conservation assessment. Finally, according to local conditions, puts forward the buildings energy optimization strategy of the planning design, architectural design and envelope design and establishes the optimal design model.These testing data and results which are got through systemic energy conservation detection to the typical buildings in the frigidity areas in Sichuan can provide reference information for government departments to formulate housing construction energy reduction of relevant policies and administrative regulations. It also can provide basic data for the department of the design, inspection and acceptance of the relevant standards and norms and the optimum design strategies can be the appropriate technical reference for the region of the building design and energy reduction. |
