| The earth simulator is a test equipment on the ground of earth which is used to demarcate the precision of the satellite-sensitive devices. Through adjust the hot earth's temperature, that is, infrared radiation, by the temperature controlling system, optical modulator converts infrared radiation of hot earth disk to sine infrared radiation, so the input signal of infrared earth sensor is the AC signal. The AC signal can be more accurate to achieve the simulation that radiation gradient received by the earth in the temperature of the laboratory.In this paper, it mainly researches the temperature control system of the earth simulator and the system of optical modulator. the system regulate the difference of temperature between hot earth disk and the environment to simulate the difference of temperature between Earth and space radiation intensity through temperature control system to ensure the Earth's temperature between 40℃and 80℃. In order to ensure the temperature accuracy of the earth, electric film heating and temperature controller PID are used to control its temperature. Optical modulator can turn infrared radiation into sine infrared radiation for using electronics to deal with the signal. The optical modulator of this system realize the modulation of radiation signal through rotating reticle which is driving by motorOverall structure, composition and measurement principle of the temperature control system are described in this paper, and the programmes of the temperature controlling system and the system of optical modulator are also discussed detailedly. |
