The earth simulator instrument is a important test equipment on the ground of earth sensitivity instrument which is a stance test key component in secondory planet control system.Whether infrared earth sensitivity instrument demarcate test precision hign or not, will directly affect work precision work the planet on the orbit.To simulate the earth on the ground which can be seen in firmament by the planet in allusion to the orbit height 35786Km,This paper adopts a project of collimation,advances a miniature collimating infrared earth simulator design.It can simulate the earth on the in-phase orbit,afford angle 17.46°.This paper introduces integer structure,the compose and based function of the earth simulator instrument,and particularly dincussed the whole design precept and optical system.Germanium collimation lens is a important component in earth simulator instrument.This paper confirms its optics configuration parameter,finds the relations between earth diaphragm,place and size of hot earth,earth angles by theoretics angles and optics calculation.Pass to run parallel with light beam to the earth angles deviation of calculation and analysis,verificate the accuracy Germanium collimation design and the position and size of earth diaphragm,and affords design foundation for the research of earth simulator.
