Water resourse is not only an essential important factor for human life and production, but also an irreplaceable natural resource. Water resource is essential important to people's lives and health, and the security for water supply has become the subject of widespread concern in today's world. With the rapid speed in economic and social development, water pollution is increasingly serious.Large amounts of sewage is let into rivers and lakes every year, so that drinking water sources is contaminated, and at the same time exacerbating the shortage of water conflicts,. The security of water resource supply is under serious threat.At present,there are still 3 million people in China who don't have enough safe drinking water,and more than 400 cities of 600 are in lack water supply in our country.This paper analysis Queshan reservoir which is one of the drinking waterhaed area of Jinan field, based on the summarizes research results in related fields,and at the same time,introducting the international standards OHSAS 18000.On the basis of the risk assessment for drinking water safety of reservoir,this paper build a safety evaluation index system, and then make reciprocal corresponding measures based on the evaluation results. Paper's content should include:1) On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the paper analyse the danger and possible sources of risk of the reservoirs as the drinking waterhead area through field visits and research.Based on the OHSAS standards for the first tinme, the paper uses the modified LEC method to evaluate the hazards t,and determine the risk level,at last decides the major safety factors.2) According to the evaluated safety factors, develop the safety evaluation index list. And use the improved AHP method to determine weights including occupational health and safety.3) Constitute evaluation model for the safety of water supply for QueShan reservoir waterhead area,and decide the standard procedure for the collection of the data. At first, evaluate the safety grade of the source of water using sophisticated fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so that chalk up the expected results of the evaluation for the source of water.At the secong evaluate the safety grade of the source of water using BP neural network method based on MATLAB and algorithm catastrophe theory.At last, compare the results to make the fanal conclusion more scientific and accurate. 4) Based on the assessment results, analysis the problems and reasons on waterhead area of QueShan reservoir, identify the root causes of safety problems, and put forward management for the lack of reservoir to improve safety management of reservoir...
