In the background of special complex geological environment on Three GorgesReservoir, based on the system methods and theories of risk analyses on the existinglandslide disaster, the risk analysis and safety evaluation of soil landslide disaster onThree Gorges Reservoir Area has been established.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of the soil slope stability of the Three Gorges ReservoirArea and the analysis of the soil landslide category characteristics and the formationmechanism, the evaluation system of the Three Gorges reservoir area of soil slopestability was constructed. It was calculated the evaluation system weight values withthe Matlab software and obtained the master factor of its slope stability.2. Based on the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, the soillandslide risk assessment model of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area was built. The riskof the landslide of Xiangyang orchard in Yunyang County, a soil landslide FengduCounty and a soil landslide in Fengjie County of the Three Gorges Reservoir Areawere evaluated with that mode, and the risk rating has been obtained. Throughcomparative analysis of the calculation results with the slope stability of the transfercoefficient method, the rationality of the evaluation system in this article was verified3. The results shows that the water in the soil slope of the Three Gorges reservoirhas remarkable effect on the slope stability, under the water level changes,the characterand law of water in slop body was obtained with engineering analysis, at the same time,the formation mechanism of soil landslides in Three Gorges reservoir was deepen fromintrinsic factors and external conditions4. To use the theories and methods of socio-economic vulnerability for landslidedisasters and evaluation system of damage losses, it was excuted the calculations of thevulnerability of quantitative of the landslide hazard and the calculations of the damageloss and obtained the degree of the landslide risk. The comprehensive control measuresfor the soil landslide in Three Gorges Reservoir is proposed, the system of the soillandslide hazard risk analysis and safety evaluation is further improved.
