Research On Creative Design Industry And Spatial Distribution Of SuZhou

In the 21st century, creative as the core vitality of design industry has been highly valued around the world, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and other cities have proposed the"Creative Industry Center","City of Design"development strategy of which design industry is an important part, and design industry and its spatial layout is becoming a common concern theory and practice method in urban planning circles. Suzhou design industry relying on its rich cultural background and strong economic strength, form"Suzhou development mode"with both international experience and Chinese characteristics, which fully plays the local advantages.Based on defining the conception and the classification of design industry, this article raises a design industry pedigree structure made by five parts, they are animation industry, design services, modern media design industry, art design industry and cultural exhibition design industry. Based on the analysis of factors on design industrial layout, the paper proposes five layout modes, they are gathering of cultural resources, gathering of landscape resources, gathering of intelligence and techniques, gathering of industry resources and government-led comprehensive layout modes. This article analyzes the development status of Suzhou design industry from development opportunities, foundation, industrial layout, and problems of Suzhou design industry, and raises a development strategy of Suzhou design industry from top-level strategy, the structure of industry chain and major projects of Suzhou design industry.; then proposes its layout plan with"one band"—Innovation Corridor Taihu Lake,"two area"—ancient city creative industry area and industry park creative industry area, and"multi-points"develop jointly.
