A Study On The Spatial Agglomeration Characteristics Of Cultural Creative Industry

OCT-LOFT is one of the most well-known creative cultural parks in Shenzhen.After ten years of development,it has already formed a relatively mature cultural creative industry cluster which is based on design service industry.With the increasingly prosperous cultural creative industry in China and the upsurge of planning and construction of creative parks,an in-depth and 'Anatomical Sparrow' analysis of OCT-LOFT can give some practical references and experiences.First,the paper summarized the development situation of Shenzhen cultural and creative industries,and traced the history of oct-loft.Second,with a detailed investigation on the existing enterprise in the park,and a detailed classification analysis to the existing industry,this paper studied and summarized the industrial structure and spatial distribution.Third,this paper researched the spatial distribution law of the cultural and creative industries from the horizontal and vertical angle based on the spatial distribution of enterprises.In conclusion,the study found that OCT-LOFT has formed a cultural and creative industry cluster with architectural design industry,furthermore,the stable industrial structure of the leading industry,the auxiliary industry and related industries is 7:2:1.In terms of the spatial distribution,not only the north area and the south area of the park formed a relatively obvious but very reasonable functional differences;also,a commercial service formed along the central axis of the park and the both sides street of this axis.The spatial integration between different types of cultural creative industry is strong and the overall distribution is also mixed;in terms of the vertical space utilization,different types and different sizes of creative culture enterprises also showed a certain distribution.After the above research,the paper argues that OCT-LOFT is based on the industrial estate of the city,the gainful location,its surrounding hi-tech technology and the intellectual resources of the university.The active promotion of leader and relatively clear park industry's positioning are important factors to the success of the park;After more than 10 years of development,the industry community ecology of the OCT-LOFT tends to be stable,the main industries,auxiliary industries and related industries between the industrial scale and its spatial level,vertical and other industries distribution characteristics,can be a useful reference to the other domestic cultural and creative industrial park's plan and development.
