According to the 19th CPC National Congress "economic development model has changed from the previous stage of high-speed growth to the current stage of high-quality development."Therefore,the government must fully grasp the changes in major social contradictions."Improving the quality of the supply side as an unshakable main direction and promoting the economy to a higher quality." Energy is the source of human survival and development.Under the current severe situation,the contradiction in the supply side of China's energy products is very prominent,especially the energy supply system based on non-renewable fossil energy.The supply system of fossil energy is extensive.The development mode is contradictory to the current requirements of high-quality economic and social development.At the same time,the continuous expansion of the population and the rapid development of the economy have also put excessive pressure on energy and the environment.In order to coordinate the demands of development,it is urgent to change the current mode of energy development.It is imperative to improve the quality of the supply of energy service systems.Therefore,the development and utilization of alternative energy sources has become a top priority.The new energy industry as an alternative energy source has gradually become the focus of the world,and among new energy sources,solar energy is the clean energy with the most development potential.Solar photovoltaic power generation is characterized by safe and clean,abundant resources,and wide divisions.The biggest advantage of solar energy is that it is an inexhaustible renewable energy source.Vigorously promoting the development of solar photovoltaic industry and solar power generation will help China's "promoting energy production and consumption revolution,and building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system."Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the favorable international global market environment and the support of strong national policies,the development of the solar photovoltaic industry has made incredible progress.Under the current world situation,China has now It is the world's largest producer of photovoltaic installations and photovoltaic modules.However,the spatial layout and development of solar photovoltaic industry chains in many regions of China do not match the local resource endowments,regional economic conditions and social conditions,etc.In the development of the photovoltaic industry chain,there are many investment behaviors that blindly follow the trend and only pursue short-term interests.Similar behavior is not conducive to the coordination of the spatial layout of China's solar photovoltaic industry chain and sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,this paper uses the data of the upstream,midstream,downstream and photovoltaic industry chain auxiliary chains of the solar photovoltaic industry chain in 31 provinces and cities in six provinces of Northeast China,East China,North China,Central South and Southwest China to describe the spatial layout of the industrial chain and build a solar photovoltaic industry.The evaluation index system of chain space layout and development coordination uses factor analysis to evaluate and compare the spatial layout and development coordination of solar photovoltaic industry chain in six regions of China,and uses the quantitative regression model to analyze six major regions in China.The contribution of each subsystem of the solar photovoltaic industry chain to the spatial layout development of the solar photovoltaic industry chain is expected to provide reference for the optimization and adjustment of the spatial layout of China's solar energy industry chain and the promotion of coordinated and sustainable development of the regional economy.
