Research On Theory And Practical Application Of Creative Planning Of Theme Park

Theme parks have been developing rapidly, and have becoming an important part of modem tourism. But now, there are many deficiencies in the development of theme park:blind development, irrational planning and lack of creativity. It is also an important cause why the theme parks failed. This article explored the creative planning on theoretical and practical aspects.This paper discussed the general creative planning theory of the theme park (commonality), including subject, creative thinking, object, process, principles, methods and theoretical basis. The article discussed several specific contents:theme, landscape, products, marketing and management.The article introduced risk control into the study of creative planning of theme park, and innovatively constructed four-dimensional control theory (analysis) to guide and control related activities. This paper introduced the content of the theory and compared with other methods. It improved the relevant theories and has positive significance.Finally, this paper analyzed two typical cases of creative planning in order to show the advantages of four-dimensional control theory and the value of practical application.
