| In recent years, the fast speed of economic growth in China, tourism is booming. Theme park is known as a new form of tourism destination, showing a prosperous potential. The tourism planning of theme parks should combine the original amusement nature and local culture, history culture and social culture. Establishing a recreational and cultural theme park is the ultimate goal of planning theme parks. As a tourism country, China attaches great attention to the construction of the theme park. Along with the booming of foreign theme park planning and design thoughts, to combine Chinese characteristics and local characteristics of recreation and culture theme park has become a new direction for the construction of theme park development in our country. This article took the culture park tourism planning in Harbin for example, studied the development of theme parks through theory and practice, revealed the problems of today’s theme park, and discussed how to better combine "amusement" and "culture". Constructing recreational and cultural theme park can not only expand the city tourism resources and deepen the urban cultural connotation, but also promote the development of the urban area, more satisfied the public urgent demand for the new form of tourism, which is of great significance to innovate our country tourism.This article used research methods such as literature review, interdisciplinary comparative approach, case analysis method, field survey research method and interview research to study the theory. The requirements and planning principles of the combination of recreational and cultural theme park planning was put forward in this article. At the end of the article, through the theoretical guidance of Harbin culture park project practice, theory and practice were combined perfectly. The research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1) Clarify the related concepts and their relationship in the research, backtrack the research situation of domestic and foreign theme parks, clear the emphasis and direction of the recreational-cultural-combined theme parks. To construct an urban culture based, artistic beauty and high-tech oriented tourist destination city, which can improve the urban ecological environment, make the person and the nature harmonious harmony, and develop local culture, must be considered from a long-term perspective.(2) Through the summary and analysis of theme park planning and development at home and abroad, as well as studying the statistics of the theme park, this article pointed out the main problems existing in the development of the theme park construction in our country, such as the large amount of loss, the similarity of the amusement themes, the blindness of construction, the lack of cultural connotation and cultural activities, the backward of supporting services, etc.(3) Use the reference of the sustainable development theory, theory of recreation, environmental psychology, behavioral science theory to point out the basic principles of the combination of recreation and culture in our country. This paper figures out the planning trends and the overall train of thought the the theme parks, namely the field investigation, site information, target, planning cultural theme, preliminary design, general layout, system planning, etc., and combines the cultural expression, amusement activities planning and rich experience activities, with subsequent planning and research.(4) This article started from the experience, environment, economy, social and cultural connotation,creatively constructed the suitable theoretical system of the recreation-culture-combined theme park, and figured out the park planning requirements and planning principles, to ensure the maximization of the economic interests of the theme park; make recreation-culture-combined theme park strategy, highlight its positive role to the development of the society as a whole.(5) At last, take Harbin cultural park project as an example, this article applied the theory to the practice. After the analysis of the natural conditions, traffic location, natural resources and tourist resources, it guides the cultural park planning in the early stage of the theory, and plans the application of tourism planning strategies and characteristics of experience in Harbin culture park. |
