The Planning Design Of Sakura Theme Agricultural Park Based On Five Senses

The proportion of leisure tourism in national life is increasing along with the improvement of standard of living and the nature,forest and countryside has become the preferred destination for people to travel.The new pattern that combined the industry of flower and tourism has attracted many people in recent years and as the peisistent booming of enjoy flower in domestic,flower-tours has become a new fashion for the pursuit of spiritual life.Sakura as the foremost content of the flower tourism,as we all know,sakura is one of the most beautiful flowers in spring which native to china while prevail in Japan.Although china has a short history in sakura tourism,the cheery blossom tourism has gradually developed into a vital lifestyle for people in recent years as the expansion of the scope of cherry blossoms and the promotion of sakura landscape.Most domestic sakura base are located in botanical garden or large park cherry garden,this kind of cherry garden have some problem such as short florescence,limited area,lack of derivative products,single activity and no trace to find sakura after florescence.While Sakura Theme Agricultural garden is a new pattern that combined cherry tourism and leisure agriculture,which not only the combination of sakura culture display,plantlet planting,variety collection and product processing,but also have multiple functions such as Agricultural sightseeing experience,Forest health resort and so on.As the in-depth study of five sense theory,the traditional form that only take visual landscape construct into account while ignore the others is cannot satisfied tourist,as for the planning of sakura theme park,simple large area cherry planting can bring an visual impact,but the key research of this article is how to highlight sakura theme in planning as well as bring the other sense experience in recreation.In theoretical research fields,most aspects of scholars’ study are concerned about the plant collocation,cultivation points,garden application,etc,while less studies in sakura theme agriculture park.As for the practice research of Five Sense theory,most planning practice are cater to people that inconvenient to getting about as handicapped and elderly people and so on,whereas there are few practice research that take ordinary people into account in landscape planning.This article through the methods as comparative analysis,literature search,etc to acquire some information about five sense theory and sakura park in domestic and foreign and using the method of empirical research to analysis related case in domestic and foreign and learn experience from them,then select DanYang Sakura Theme Agricultural garden in FuZhou as practical case to explore the the expression and design method of the five sense theory in the theme park,meanwhile,provide a reference for the application of the five sense theory in other forms of planning.The application of the five sense theory should be the direction of our designers’ efforts,which should not only play a role in landscape planning but also reflect all planning and design that concerned about people and strive to create an environment that cater to all different senses of people.
