The Research Of Construction Quality Management Of J-B Electricity Transmission Line Project

For now, the speed of China's power grid construction falls behind the speed of power construction too much. In order to keep the balance between them and promote their development, the grid construction should be well organized in the process of the first 10 years to 20 years in China's power development. The construction phase of the transmission line project is the final stage of the formation of project entity. The quality of electric transmission line is closely related to the supplying of the light of thousands of households, even to a national economy and its people's livelihood. Therefore, the construction of the project quality and its management are significant. The problems existing in the quality management of J-B transmission project construction are representative and universal. The research for and the solution to them can find the approach to efficiently improve the company's management.The thesis is aimed to analyze and study the theory and methods of the quality management of the transmission line construction project through the practice and research, collecting and collating data related quality of construction in the construction site, and recording and analyze the methods and models of the current electric power construction quality management. The first quarter of chapter 2 of J-B Transmission Line Project analyzes the status of quality management, which firstly gives a whole introduction to the project, then analyzes the characteristics of quality management in construction and finally concludes the construction quality problems. The main contents of the second quarter of chapter 2 are the quality management design of the J-B transmission line project, which firstly draws up the objectives of the project and disassemble them, and then sets up project quality management organization in which the responsibility is divided and the allocation of personals is arranged.Finally, Project construction method and the process of organization program construction tasks are worked out through field research,and establish the transportation programs of engineering materials, materials, equipment procurement and storage. The third quarter of chapter 2 introduces the quality management of project implementation phase, which firstly analyzes the difficulties of the construction quality management and then points out the control safeguards of the construction quality and their quality control measures. During the process, the construction quality inspection is designed and deployed. Based on the above theoretical study, field practice and research, the thesis points out the practical advice and suggestions for enhancing the quality management of the power construction enterprises. The research can be used to monitor and manage the examples of transmission line construction project and provide standard, unified, scientific management system of the quality of construction of transmission line project. The articles also gives some guidance to some aspects:the improvement of the standard of the construction quality management of electricity transmission, the improvement of the construction technology of the enterprise management system, the improvement of the efficiency of construction enterprises and its economic benefits.
