Research On Application Of Project Management In The Construction Of Transmission Lines

Promoting the construction of a global energy Internet and striving for green energy cleanliness is an important direction for the development of energy in the 21 st world.With the maturity of large energy and large power grids,the scale o f transmission line construction has gradually expanded.The transmission line project has the characteristics of complicated construction technology,high technical content,large overall operation volume and long construction period.The project management application research in the transmission line project can ensure the scientific and reasonable organization of construction and production,and achieve the high quality goal.This paper studies the application of project management in transmission line engineering,and uses scientific project management to realize the construction goal of transmission line project to add value to the project construction.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theory of project management,summarizes the characteristics of transmission project management;then introduces the overall situation of the research project in this paper,decomposes the project management objectives and tasks according to the actual project characteristics,and clarifies the project objectives and organizational structure.Secondly,in combination with project design documents,standards,specifications,relevant contract documents,market environment information and other related materials,the project management implementation plan is prepared,and the control objectives,control processes and control measures of the project construction plan are clarified.Then,the project construction quality management and construction cost management are carried out for the project.In terms of quality man agement,the objectives of project quality management are clarified,and the factors affecting quality management are analyzed.On this basis,the quality management system is established and its operation mechanism is introduced.At the same time,the mai n basic links in the quality control process are introduced.In terms of cost management Introduce the main measures taken in project cost management objectives and project cost management,and explain the main cost control methods in the cost management process.Finally,the project management application of the project is analyzed.The results show that the project has achieved the planned goals in terms of plan management,quality management and cost management,and provides a useful reference for transmission project management.
