A Study On The Construction Management Of Using Helicopters At Transmission Line Project In Plateau Area

The helicopters in using widely at transmission line project in foreign at present. But it is not that popular when the helicopter used in China whom is in the large-scale construction stage of transmission lines. Area of our country land is vast, and the terrain is complex. It is very difficult for the transportation of materials, the group tower, and the put of the line etc. The helicopter has a great advantages on those stuffs, it moves fast, can be flexible used. This thesis mainly studies the problem of project management which the helicopter is used in material dispatching operation at transmission line construction in plateau.Firstly, this paper expounds the domestic and foreign research and the implementation of the helicopter is applied to the construction of transmission line project progress, and important significance for helicopter power transmission project construction in Plateau area.Secondly, after extensive literature and carefully based on the theoretical study, selective describes the main control target project project management as well as common management measures, and according to the characteristics of helicopter project, introduces some basic theory of general aviation helicopter.Then, selected as the case study of a plateau in the power transmission project, the characteristics and difficulties of existential analysis the project construction management aspects, at the same time the helicopter in the application in the highlands of power transmission line project of material dispatching and material of tower hoisting scheme with the traditional transmission line tower material transportation scheme of the comparative study, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the helicopter used in China Plateau area of existing power transmission engineering material transportation, material of tower hoisting, conductor etc.The fourth,the fifth and the sixth chapter, on the case of project selection conducted a comprehensive study on the helicopter of the construction project management, focus on the following aspects: the project preparatory work, personnel organization arrangement, line general layout design, the main construction equipment selection, the main operating plan, quality control problems and Countermeasures risk assessment and preventive measures and safety management in the formulation and implementation of measures, project schedule helicopter efficiency analysis.In conclusion, the seventh chapter of this paper is to draw the following conclusion: puts forward the analysis on dispatching operation of project management emphasis application of helicopter engineering construction projectin the power transmission line, analysis of the impact of the project management to the natural environment, economic and social environment and other major factors, proposed to use the project management measure stoen sure that the correct, project progress, quality, safety, cost control objectives can be achieved, in order to improve the power transmission and substation company ortransmission line construction units in application of helicopter operations of the project management to provide a certain theoretical research materials.
