With the development of economy, many of the world's chemical industrial enterprise vigorous development, in all kinds of dangerous chemicals increasing demand. To chemical enterprise of dangerous chemicals risk assessment research also more and more. Hazardous chemicals, toxic, flammable and explosive properties, in the production, use and storage process has potential dangers and risks. Hazardous chemicals leakage not only damage to the environment of organisms, also can cause certain effect.This article first elaborated the dangerous chemicals risk assessment on the necessity, summarized the domestic and foreign research related to the status quo of dangerous chemicals risk assessment; the accident-causing theory of risk sources in theory as the theoretical foundation, analysis of the hazardous chemicals of various influencing factors, and to the principle of systems engineering, using the theory of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive consideration of major hazard the source of dangerous degree of influence factors, application of analytic hierarchy process to the comprehensive evaluation, the major hazard evaluation classification method, combined with a chemical enterprise of liquid chlorine leakage for specific examples of liquid chlorine leakage, quantitative risk analysis, the chemical enterprise security risks exist and put forward proposals and measures. Dangerous chemicals risk assessment study not only for the safe production of the enterprise have important guiding significance, but also for the chemical enterprises of environmental impact assessment and the environmental risk management to provide reference.
