The petrochemical industry is the pillar industry of China's industrialization.The economic benefits and technological innovation brought by it have promoted the great progress of China's industrialization.Chemicals involved in the production,use and process of petrochemical industry are usually flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful.Once a leakage accident occurs,it will cause serious consequences,endanger the safety of personnel and property,and also cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment.This paper selects the environmental risk of hazardous chemicals leakage in petrochemical enterprises,and constructs a set of environmental risk assessment procedures for hazardous chemicals leakage accidents in petrochemical enterprises based on L-R fuzzy fault tree and ALOHA simulation.The environmental risk assessment program is constructed by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.The main contents include accident hazard source identification and risk analysis,source item analysis,consequence calculation,and environmental risk acceptability level assessment.In the accident hazard source identification and risk analysis,the accident cause and accident evolution are analyzed in detail to determine the risk mode of the spill accident.In the source term analysis,the L-R fuzzy fault tree method was selected to analyze the environmental risk probability of hazardous chemicals leakage in petrochemical enterprises.Finally,the probability of occurrence of basic events and derivative accidents was obtained.In the consequence analysis,the ALOHA toxic and harmful substance atmospheric diffusion simulation software was used for simulation.Through the source item analysis and the consequence analysis,the environmental risk value of the specific project is obtained,and finally the environmental risk acceptable level assessment is carried out.Finally,make the research theory is applied to a practical case to evaluate the environmental risk level of the petrochemical enterprise.The simulation analysis selects three storage tanks of methanol,styrene and dichloromethane.The leakage probability of dangerous chemicals in the enterprise was 2.036 x 10'3.In the consequence study,the number of lethal persons in the range of half lethal concentration and the number of lethal persons in the pool fire were obtained respectively.Finally,the order of magnitude of environmental risk of poisoning is 10-3 and that of fire risk'is 10-4-10-5.According to the ALARP principle,the environmental risks of the three tank areas are within the allowable level.
