Warehouse management is an important part of the whole six management processes of hazardous chemicals like production,warehouse,operation,etc.When a health,safety and environmental(HSE)problem occurs,it may lead to serious consequences such as fire,explosion,casualties and environmental pollution.Despite our strenuous attempts to perfect and enhance related software and hardware systems for warehouse handling of hazardous chemicals,the absence of effective oversight and control has caused these HSE issues to persist,posing a grave danger to people’s health and possessions,and resulting in far-reaching detrimental effects on society.The hazardous chemical storage industry in our nation holds great importance in examining the risk management of the storage of hazardous chemicals and enhancing the level of storage risk control.This thesis investigates the risk management of hazardous chemicals storage,based on the concept of hazardous chemicals storage and risk assessment management.The identification and analysis of the risks in Z hazardous chemical warehouse storage,taking into account the characteristics of such storage,as well as the advancement of storage safety management both domestically and internationally,is essential.An examination of the utilization of industrial Internet technology in the risk management and regulation of hazardous chemical warehouses is the focus of this thesis.The safety check list method is employed to construct a risk evaluation index system for hazardous chemical warehouses.The weight of each factor in the risk management of hazardous chemical storage is determined through the utilization of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.An accurate assessment of the hazardous chemicals storage process of A company is conducted through a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,thereby ascertaining the risk level.Finally,the main risks and weak links of hazardous chemicals storage are put forward.Through the above research,the evaluation results of this evaluation system show that the largest weight of the indicators of the safety risk management of hazardous chemicals warehouse is the management of hazardous chemicals in the warehouse,followed by facilities,fire protection and operation safety management.Based on the above conclusions,in order to reduce the risk of hazardous chemical storage,the following four suggestions are put forward: Promoting safer controls on the essence of hazardous chemicals,increasing the application and empowerment of industrial Internet technology,changing the traditional risk management to the comprehensive risk control based on industrial Internet technology,carrying out safety culture construction,regular audit and continuous improvement.This thesis has practical guiding significance for risk control and essential safety development of hazardous chemical warehousing industry in our country.
