Ecological assets value is changeable. It varies temporal and spatial in a stable period, and logical assets value present large difference for the economic development in different areas. So for a given research area, Dynamic monitoring of Ecological assets needs to consider the ecological system itself changes and monetary value change. This paper adopts "fifteenth planning" start-stop year data, on the one hand, this research measures ecological system itself changes based on vegetation first net primary productivity, on the other hand, it achieves the monetary value calculation based on per capita GDP, at last we get ecological assets in Fujian province, and realize the spatial and temporal variation of total ecological assets and per unit area value, and time-space distribution rule of ecological assets analysis based on administrative divisions and land cover type. The results of the study show that the overall situation of Fujian province ecological system is good.Ecological assets in unit area is more than 11 million yuan. The ecological assets are 1270 billion yuan in Fujian in 2001, while they are 1860 billion yuan in 2005. Judging from the space distribution, ecological assets in Fujian province shows degressive rend from the southeast coastal to the northwest in east-west direction, The highest value of Ecological assets distributes between latitude 24°30'0 "and latitude 25°50'0 " and shows a decreasing trend from this region to south and north direction. This research verifies feasible of a method and revise the price system, on the other hand, understands the ecological assets distribution in Fujian province which will provide technical support in Fujian's harmonious and sustainable development.
