| The ecological environment in Guizhou mountainous area of Karst plateau is very fragile.With the implementation of the western development strategy,especially puts forward the goal of ecological construction in western region,Guizhou province asthe Chinese first batch of national ecological civilization pilot area,It attaches great importance to and strengthen the protection of ecological environment.How to determine the "ecological accountability " standards and other issues still need further study.Ecological assets assessment is based on the study of regional ecological assets,understand the relationship between regional environment and economy,it not only includes the value assessment of ecosystem service function,also including the assessment of the value of natural resources.The ecological assets assessment of remote sensing series can be more targeted to solve the topography and climate of Karst rocky desertification area based on complex the research status,barriers block broken,to obtain the surface information conveniently,Can reduce the error of manual measurement.It’s the effective means to study the ecological assets in Karst rocky desertification area which can provide data support for the ecological protection and restoration in the region.According to the special background of Guizhou rocky desertification area,selected typical Guizhou rocky desertification area in Guanling-Zhenfeng Huajiang Karst plateau Valley-strength rocky desertification demonstration area as the study area,based on timing remote sensing image extraction technology,Geographic information spatial operations and spatial analysis technology,Identify the types of different ecological systems,demonstration area with the weather,soil,DEM and other related data,on the basis of the CASA model to calculate the NPP.The use of alternative value method,market value method,carbon tax,replacement cost method.Calculate the ecological value of assets in the demonstration area of shadow engineering method,using Costanza et al.in the global ecological assets measurement experience,the establishment of index system of remote sensing assessment of ecological assets and calculate the value of ecological capital,evolution of further research demonstration area of 25 years between 1990 to 2015.The ecological assets space to research into the coordinated development of the ecological assets management and regional areas to provide theoretical support.The main research results:(1)Study on the value structure of Huajiang demonstration area in 25 years,the structure of individual value from high to low as follows:climate regulating,nutrient cycling,water conservation,soil conservation,organic production,climate regulation.The value of ecological assets is the largest,followed by the value of the soil nutrient cycling.The value of soil conservation is the smallest contribution to the value of ecological assets.The contribution rate of ecological assets of broad-leaved forest land and shrub land is larger,but the contribution rate of construction land and water is lower.(2)Through the study of temporal variation,the results for the temporal distribution of the ecological assets from high to low is: 2015,2010,1990,1995,2000,2005.The overall ecological assets in 25 years time decreased and then increased.Affected by natural factors and human factors,ecological assets in the same ecosystem type time must be dynamic.The timing change of all kinds of ecosystem types overall decrease first and then increase.From the single index value for temporal changes of organic matter in the state of changing a value fluctuation,conserving water and soil conservation value value changes is relatively stable.The value of nutrient cycling and climate regulation in the 25 years as a whole is on the rise.(3)Through zoning analysis on ecological assets in the recent 25 years of the demonstration zone,the results of ecological assets from the northeast to the southwest Karst region showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the Karst region,non Karst regional value will be high.The erosion of the steep slope of the north is fluctuating,the region of decline.The erosion platform is fluctuating and rising.In the central and western regions,there is a certain increase in the area of erosion hill,but the change is relatively stable.In the southern part of the demonstration area,there is a significant increase trend in some agricultural land,but the scope is small and the overall change is small. |
