| Ecological assets are extremely important material base of national economy and the social sustainable development. Ecological assets take the ecosystem service function and the value of natural resources as the core,it is the foundation of green GDP and the evaluation of ecological security. Northwest Yunnan is an important area of forest and returning farmland to forest,and, here the ecological environment is fragile, at the same time, because of interference by human activities become increasingly strong, here the ecological function and the value of natural resources undergoing rapid change,thus, it is urgent to develop the ecological assets value estimation research in Shangri-La.Taking Shangri-La County as the research area, this paper use remote sensing data, meteorological data, surface observation and statistics as the data source to get the system type, NPP and vegetation coverage.Then, using a variety of different method to different ecological asset value of 8 ecosystem types were estimated to get the total value of ecological assets of Shangri-La. Meanwhile, this process can formate the ecological assets estimation system based on Remote Sensing Technology. The main research contents and results are as follows:1ã€Estimation model and index. Through research we thinks that, Under the existing conditions, the research area of ecological assets remote sensing estimation and choice of regional ecological assets total value model and single ecological assets value assessment model,besides,it is suitable for Shangri-La to estimate Ecological Assets from the water and soil conservation, climate regulation, nutrient cycling, the production of organic matter and entertainment value 6 aspects.2 〠The characteristics of Regional ecological assets. The total value of ecological assets in Shangri-La in 2013 is 41.675 billion yuan; the total value of ecological assets per unit area is 18.0562 million yuan. From the constitution of ecological assets we can know that the regulation of climate and water conservation value of each ecological asset value contribution to gross is the biggest in Shangri-La, the sequence are climate regulation> water conservation>production of organic matter>nutrient cycling>soil and water conservation>cultural value; the sequence of single ecological asset value per unit area are water conservation>climate regulation> soil and water conservation>production of organic matter> nutrient cycling>entertainment value.3ã€From the perspective of the type of ecological system, forest and grassland contribution in ecological value is the most, the sequence of ecological assets are forest > grassland > agricultural land > permanent snowfield glacier > unused land > artificial land > wetland waters; the sequence of each unit area ecosystem types of ecological assets value are agricultural land > forest land > grassland > grassland > waters land > wetland> permanent snowfield glacier > unused land.Comprehensive ecology, economics and geography method, based on the RS〠GIS technology and statistical data to estimate of the ecological asset value of Shangri-La.However, because of the limit of basic data and technology, at the calculation and choice of model parameters still need in-depth study of localization and related,and research on multi period dynamic as well. |
