The continuous operation of the satellite positioning service system (CORS) can not only provide users with continuous measurement, stability, real-time and high precision positioning data, at the same time for navigation, weather forecast, traffic management and natural disaster monitoring and provide a continuous and complete data source. In recent years, In recent years, with the rapid development of economic construction in Fujian Province, especially in putting forward the concept of the west coast of the strait economic zone construction.With all kinds of engineering construction across the province, the engineering construction needs technology of Surveying and mapping support.How to more efficient and convenient to provide a wide range of categories and the precision of Surveying and mapping results, there is an urgent need to establish coverage in Fujian province within the scope of the CORS. Through the construction and application of FJCORS, to highlight the FJCORS for mapping efficiency and for the improvement of the positioning accuracy, in addition to other provincial CORS construction, late in the FJCORS encryption engineering and system maintenance has certain reference significance.This paper takes Fujian province for continuous operation of the satellite positioning service system construction and application, according to the requirements of system design, combined with the actual situation of Fujian province such as geographical environment, describes the FJCORS system design, system, system testing and system application.The system design of structure consist of system data flow design, system software design and reference station system. On the system construction of reference station system and control center building, and through the use of software GPSNet system for daily data processing, monitoring, maintenance and management. In the FJCORS completed, also conducted a test system, including system functional testing and system usability testing. Finally, through the FJCORS in the topographic mapping, real-time navigation and deformation monitoring and other aspects of the application, to highlight the FJCORS for the improvement of production efficiency, which has a larger advantage.Through the construction and application of FJCORS, highlighted by the CORS system for station GNSS original observation quality, network communication, there are strict requirements, in real time and the later data application, are reflected in CORS is a variety of modern technology integration crystallization.
