Reflecting On The Subjects Of Scientific And Technological Innovation Based On System Theory

Since the 20th century 40 years, system theory has become a scientific method to understand the world. It is not only a single discipline, but also a group of subjects which researches on system and infiltrates into natural science and social science. The subject participator of science and technology innovation which could be described as the main part coming in on the work of innovation will be the mainline of this thesis. These participators include government, enterprise and university. The analysis to the main participators of science and technology innovation will be depended on the basic character and theory of the system.Firstly, the government support and intervention in the science and technology innovation are two important factors analyzed in the research. The openness of the system makes the support of fund and policy from the government possible, and the weakness of the market sometimes needs the management on the other participators and innovation environment from the government.Secondly, universities guarantee the innovation of science and technology. Basically, universities have two characters functionally, one is to create and spread knowledge, the other is to cultivate innovative individual. The two of them are the main aspect of the research on the universities part. By the analysis of the system, we found that to create and spread knowledge has their own inner formation, and to cultivate talents is another huge systemic work.Thirdly, innovating in pursuit of maximum profits is the fundamental purpose of the enterprises, and it is obvious that enterprises are in the leading positions in technological innovation. The construction of organizational structure system is an essential analysis of enterprises'internal elements, which can enhance the connection between each element better. In market demand, enterprises engaged innovation activities so, in analysis on the enterprise innovation main, we must consider characteristics of organizational structure system and conditions of the external market environment, to ensure effective development of high-speed enterprise innovation. Enterprises engage in innovation activities.Finally, the paper will research on the coordination during the innovation body to build government guidance, participation and cooperation of other main innovation of hybrid production of network operation mode of industry-research-academy.
