Most of the western people dress warmly and ear their fill, get rid of the poverty and come to the road of "well-off'.Because of geographical condition, natural resources, conception and population quality in the late nineties, the development speed of western region is relatively slow, the economy gap between east and west has been broadened and there is no fundamental change in the regional poverty.
