| Considering the role of layout of logistics node in modern logistics and analyzing the status of facility layout design in and abroad, the paper points out a new model and designs a new algorithm to solve the facility layout problem (FLP) of logistics node.Firstly, the paper does some prediction analysis on the requirement of commodities, equipment and personnel of logistics node, and gets the number of them, and then convert them to area which is the key factor of facility layout design so as for providing the essential qualification of facility layout design of logistics node.Secondly, when researching in the method of facility layout design of logistics node, the paper formulates a multi-objective optimization formulation, based on the character of facility block, minimizing the traffic cost between facilities in particular position under given condition including facility size and traffic, and maximizing the total relationships between the adjacent facility. For the representation of the solution of FLP with the genetic algorithms(GAs), slicing tree structure(STS) is used. STS can be expressed by polish expressions, which is a coding method that is suitable for operation of GAs operators.Where after, Comparing the example of facility layout design of logistics node using different method, the formulation calculated by GAs proved its advantage. Using Java language to design the software, the best layout scheme can be obtained.Finally, the paper is summarized, and some disadvantages and investigation directions in future are put forward. |
