Plant facility layout is, in the determined spatial place, according to the goal of enterprise's management and the guiding principle of production and the whole process from the reactivation of raw material, the components and the product's manufacture, to the packing and shipping out of product, to do the most suitable layout and the most effective combination of the space which the personnel, the equipment and the material need to obtains the maximum economic efficiency. Plant facility layout manifests the expectation and decision-making of entrepreneur and the management persons', it directly affects the entire plant system's logistics, information flow, productivity, production efficiency, production cost as well as production safety. Fine arrangement of facility may saves expense of material transporting, reduces production cycle, speeds up turnover of floating capital, is advantageous for the enterprise to create economic efficiency and to expanse existing space. Therefore, the research on plant facility layout has vital and realistic meaning. In the foundation of full consideration about enterprise interior logistics and the relation of facility department interpolating business, this dissertation established the mathematical model about plant interior facility arrangement question, this model guaranteed the plant interior logistics is flows, the cost is smallest, and at the same time guaranteed the facility that have close work relations were arranged together. Introduced the mix optimization algorithm - simulation annealing genetic algorithms, effectively respective merit fuses of the simulation annealing and the genetic algorithms in together, and apply it in solving the question about plant facility layout. It bigly enhances operating speed and optimized efficiency. In the end, making use of a case study of machine manufacturing plant proves the practicability of the model and the correctness of method.
