| Due to the increasingly fierce competition among manufacturing industries in my country,production logistics has become one of the most important issues in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The layout of the workshop is the most critical link.The optimal management of workshop layout determines the level of production efficiency of a factory.Good layout management can shorten logistics transportation routes,reduce product inventory,improve factory productivity,and greatly reduce production costs;unreasonable layout will only make the site cluttered,logistics transportation routes are too long,and production efficiency is extremely low.Therefore,enterprises should start a reasonable and effective workshop layout in order to occupy a favorable position in the fiercely competitive market.This thesis first studies the current situation of workshop layout at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theories in detail.Secondly,based on the current situation of T company’s workshop layout,the F-D diagram is used to analyze,and many problems are found,such as too long logistics transportation distance,unreasonable route design,unreasonable location arrangement of hazardous waste areas,blank areas and material accumulation.To solve above problems,the use of SLP method,through the analysis of product process flow,logistics and the logistics summarized comprehensive relations,according to each operation unit adjust the position of the corresponding relationship between design optimization,and the effect evaluation on the plan of two,one solution effect is better but still layout problems,rather than the optimal.Therefore,based on the above analysis results,as the constraints of GA algorithm,the mathematical model is established,and the coding calculation is carried out,and the improved scheme is obtained.Finally,the GA-SLP optimization scheme and SLP optimization scheme are compared and analyzed from the aspects of material flow,transportation distance,and product sum of material flow.The GA-SLP optimization scheme is the best among the three schemes,which proves that the optimization scheme obtained by SLP method combined with GA algorithm is reasonable and effective.After GA-SLP optimization,the transportation distance of T company’s production workshop is shortened by 49.6%,and the sum of material flow is reduced by 28.7%.More materials are transported within a unit distance,which reduces cost and space waste,and improves production efficiency and competitiveness of the company. |
