| Recently, Merger and Acquisition (M&A) has become the dominate approach of enlarging the enterprise scale and attaining economic benefits. M&A is in great demand of the field about domestic and overseas researchers. Many practices proved that integration is the critical factor of achieving value through M&A, and the integration of human resource is the key step in the process of integration. Human resource has the characters of multitudinous and complexity, so there are largish risk and challenge in the characters of human resource.。Based on the predecessor's research achievement, (in this paper ) we studied from the view of management and organizational behavior, and discussed the risk in the integration of human resource from three aspects: staff, enterprise culture and organization framework.The studying process mainly composed by three parts. In the first part, we elaborated the risk controlling in human resource integration, studied the staff behavior characters by dint of dynamic game and subjective game methods, so as to quantify the human resource, according different hierarchy staff integration adopt corresponding evadable strategy. In the second part, we mainly discussed the risk controlling in enterprise culture and organization framework integration, gave out the principle and method separately about different level culture integration, based on the principle of integrating the framework integration efficiently, put forward setting up a learning-organization to adapt new situation. Based on the forenamed risk controlling, in the third part, we set up the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model to test the integration performance, so we can use quantitative analysis method to evaluate qualitative factors, numerical result can offer the manager transparent management direction, which is expected to be an impactful tool to direct the work of human resource integration in merger and acquisition, use the tool evade the risk in integration process and enhance the integration efficiency of human resource. |
