| Along with our country the reform and opening step gradually forward,after joining WTO,our national power also strengthens unceasingly.Overseas cheap and abundant labor resources,broad markets and strong capital in some countries continue to attract Chinese enterprises.More and more enterprises take going abroad as their development goal,and begin to invest in overseas factories and develop overseas projects.However,due to the complex and unpredictable international environment,overseas projects of enterprises will take various risks with continuous development.As the key and difficult point in the process of enterprise management,human resource has a certain complexity in overseas projects.How to effectively control the risk of human resource management in overseas projects has become an urgent problem to be solved.Employees of different nationalities have certain differences in cultural background,social concept and growth environment,it is hard to avoid friction and contradiction in the process of working.In this paper,the project of H enterprise in M country as an example,based on the relevant theories of human resource management risk,the establishment of relevant evaluation index system,the use of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the enterprise’s overseas human resource management risk assessment model,the human resource management risk of H enterprise overseas project in M country assessment and control research.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the overseas human resource management risk control of the enterprise’s projects in Country M,so as to effectively control the risks faced by overseas projects in human resource management activities and ensure the healthy and smooth development of enterprises.This study has important practical significance for related enterprises to carry out human resource management of overseas projects. |
