Competitive Strategy-oriented Urban Commercial Street Classification And Evaluation System Structure Research

Traditional economy theories has not adapted to the development of business streets. Our city business streets produced a series of development problems because of the lack of competitive, strategic, maneuverable academic guide. Using the basic methods of competitive tactic, adding competition and stratagem into study of business streets is the inside need of practice.The article integrates some theories to analysis the city business streets. Many characteristics of business streets have been found. The article classified the streets by competitive tactic. There are three kinds of streets. These are lowest cost streets, differentiation streets, and focus streets. This taxonomy is new in the history of study.This article built up a model to classify and estimate the business streets, using the hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This method is maneuverable.It is very difficult to find the diathesis of the model, because the business streets are complicated system. This model-based evaluation of streets rated respectively as excellent, better, average and poor in terms of actual work achievements has proved that the model exhibits a greater credit an d validity than traditional way, a better combination of quantitative test and qualitative test and a more objective and effective forecasts of business streets' success and performance.This article has theoretic and practice importance.
