Research On Core Competitive Capacity Of Corporate In China

Our corporate will be confronted with more furious competition as we enter the WTO. We have to have more study in how to improve the competitive capability of the corporate in our country, especially of the state owned corporate. The competitive capability consist of many factors, so many experts had done much study in it for many years. Although the number of the experts is so huge, we can't consolidate the theory so quickly.We have to finish two parts'work:The analysis of fixing quantifies ration and determining the nature, so we can estimate the competitive capability. According to these two studies, we can get the right index, and we can give the right estimate.In this text, it gives the study status just domestic and overseas, and introduces some experts'opinion. After that, it introduces the Diamond Model, which is created by famous professor Mike Porter. And in this text, we set forth the theory how to construct and estimate the competitive capability of corporate. At last, we estimate the competitive capability of one of the auto corporate use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We analyze the status and trend of our auto industry, and give some advice about how to enhance the competitive capability of the auto corporate.
