According to the theory of the core competitive power, the key to constant success for an enterprise is to cultivate and foster its core competitive power.At the present information age, with the economic globalization and financial integration growing in unrepentant depth and width, the competitions, especially the completions for core competitive power among commercial bank become more and more intense. So in order to win in the market, the commercial bank must cultivate and forester its core competitive power.Besides the saving service, retailing service, ICBC also offers other personal banking service. During the phase of classic saving service, ICBC got the leading position. In the market through large-sealer expansion. During the phase of retailing service, ICBC attracted and stabilized large groups of clients through some agent for services. Promoting the rapid development of other relevant services. But with the variety of competitive situation and demands of clients, the previous running pattern can't should give way to intensified-running pattern. In addition, with the reduction of staff and with draw of spots, ICBC has lost its dominance over retailing service. The problem that should be solved for ICBC is how to strengthen the core competitive power and obtain long-lasting dominance.Based on the strategic competition, guaranteed by the organizational innovation, centered around the flow recreation, carried with the enterprising culture, core competitive power will be cultivated and fostered in personal banking service and with it, ICBC will keep its invincible position in future competition.
