There is not doubt that the core content of salary management in human resource management. It is important that to development the business competencies and determination its strategies objectives. Especially for the reform national enterprise, it is essential that how the structure of salary models to coordinate the enterprise of Unite owned. How China Second Metallurgical Construction Corporation Limited (CSMCC) to design a new set of salary management system to interest and motivate the talent. It is the key of long-term development strategies. It is in view of the fact focused.The article includes five parts. First there is in brief introduction the backgrounds and the unity of command. Second with the evolution and the new trend to the theory of salary management, we introduce the development model of our wage and notice another important factor of salary management system design. Third is analyzing and studying the problems that need to be solved of CSMCC salary management. Thus we re-designate the CSMCC salary system. The end it is drawing the results of salary system designation and how to improve the performance of salary system designation.
