Under The Conditions Of Economic Globalization, Multinational Companies Cultivate Study

Since the 1980's of the 21st century, the wave of economic globalization which transnational corporation is regarded as its main carrier, is sweeping all the countries around the world. Transnational corporation is the result of development of science, technology and social productivity, and outcome of the concentration of production and capital and the deepening development of economic globalization, it represents the development trend of modern corporations, embodies the national competitiveness in the world economy, takes an important role in the international economic arena, and promotes the integration of the world economy and the future development of the globalization.Chinese transnational corporations are the needs of the times and China must have her own transnational corporations. Chinese transnational corporations are not only the requirements of the economic globalization and the integration of the world economy, but also the inevitable requirements of the Chinese rapid economic development and the realization of"rise in peace"in the 21st century. So, in order to foster China's transnational corporations, it is necessary for China's corporations to operate internationally and actively participate in the international economic competition and cooperation. Over the past 20 years of reform and opening up and the entry of WTO, China's corporations have the solid economic foundation and the possibilities to go out and become the transnational corporations. The problems we now face are as fellows:Firstly, how and what do China's corporations go out and become transnational corporations? Secondly, how and what do China's corporations strengthen their core competitiveness?
