A Study On The Group Company's Capital Management

With the deepening of the reform in China and the accession to the WTO, economics globalization has more and more influence on our country. Group Company has been one of the most important powers in our economic activities, and has been carrying out the transition from extensive to managing standardization and going out of the country's gateway facing the international market instead of the domestic market. It has been the hottest issue in the academic discussion about how to run Group Company effectively. After the philosophies of"production oriented"and"market oriented"in the company management activity,"financial activity oriented"philosophy has been more and more accepted by both academic researcher and business managers. The financial administration is the key of sustainable development of the enterprise. It concerns the existence and development of the enterprises directly. How to set up the scientific financial management mode of Group Company is the great subject to our government and enterprise.Capital is the core of the financial administration of enterprises. Capital is the blood of enterprises. It involves in the whole process of production cycle, such as raw material purchasing, goods production, product selling and so on .Whether Group Company could show its synergy effect is closely related to capital management model and management efficiency. Group Company has many kinds of modes of capital management. Any enterprise under different management environment systems can choose its most suitable capital management mode according to different situations and make the capital management evenly and high efficiency.Normative approach is used to research on this thesis, and case study is also used in this article. First of all, we will make clear the concept of Group Company and its main characteristics and types. Then we will introduce the principles and models of financial management in Group Company. Afterwards, we will come to the king point of financial management---capital management, including the management models and analysis of their cons and pros. Then we will discuss Information Technology's application to FCM (Funds Centralized Management). At last, we will make a case analysis on YQ Corporation.
