Economic growth is an important branch of modem Economics. Economicgrowth is the most important symbol and process of economical success that onecountry can make. Economists think of it as the most crucial issue. The economicgrowth study experiences an increasingly deepening process. In differentdevelopment phase, economists studied different critical factors in that era. Becausehuman beings depend on different resource in different economic era, moderneconomists have found similar successful factors after the investigation of countrieswith the rapid economic development from 20th century. Four factors that influencethe output include human capital , material capital , managerial efficiency ,technological level,social and economic system. However, in current time, thesefactors such as managerial efficiency,technological level,social and economicsystem are regarded as factors that belonged to productivity because that can not beweight by statistics index. Moreover relationship between these factors is close,especially to human capital. Because men decide the level of managerial efficiencyand technological level, human capital is the main impetus of modem economicgrowth. So I take the theme the contribution of Chinese human capital to economicgrowth.This paper is divided into three parts. First part: theory introduce, search historyof the effect of human capital on economic growth and three econometric models thatare currently used to study the effect of human capital on economic growth arepresented. Second part: take ShanDong province as example, build the models ofcontribution of human beings to economic growth are showed. Third part: offer theeffective conclusions and specify proposes via analyse the evidence.
