In the recent years, with China’s economic growth slowing down, the growth of capital and labor force began to slow down the pace. As to the Guangdong Province, the achievements from the economic structure reform to opening up is obvious, and the result is caused by a variety of factors, including reforming and opening up policy, attracting capital in secondary industry and absorbing labour from the northwest and central regions. We all agree to the influence of the change of economic growth, but in the same time author thinks that we need to study the influence of human capital, which is contained in those new immigrants and means a huge amount of mental property. It is generally believed that the improvement of modern educational system, the innovation of educational form and the accumulation of educational achievements provide an indelible mark for the stable and sustainable development of large economies. A great deal of modern human capital cases have been studied theoretically and empirically for the measurement of human capital and the contribution of different elements of economies. These studies point out a clear conclusion that human capital and material capital which affect the sustained economic growth, but in some case the human capital provides a more adequate power. According to the connotation of human capital method of human capital measurement, author estimates human capital contribution rate in Guangdong Province Economic find out influences of different kinds of human capital, In our case, human capital contribution rate of Guangdong Province has reached almost a half of the capital, so this article put forward related suggestions by the way we can obtained the human capital.
